PadelPilot respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the PadelPilot app, including its iPhone and Apple Watch features, and the PadelPilot website.

PadelPilot is designed to help users score and track padel matches, tournaments and associated activity.

Depending on the features you choose to use, PadelPilot may process information including:

• Player names entered into the app.
• Match scores, results and match history.
• Americano and Mexicano tournament information.
• Activity and workout information associated with padel sessions.
• Health and fitness information where you have expressly granted permission through Apple Health.
• Information required to connect to and use optional third-party services such as Strava.

PadelPilot may request permission to access or write certain health and fitness information using Apple's HealthKit framework. This may include information such as workout activity, heart rate, calories and related exercise information.

Access to HealthKit information is optional and is only used to provide the app's activity and fitness-related functionality.

PadelPilot does not use HealthKit information for advertising, marketing or data-mining purposes and does not sell HealthKit information to third parties.

You can manage or revoke PadelPilot's access to Health information at any time through the privacy settings on your Apple devices.

PadelPilot provides an optional integration with Strava. If you choose to connect your Strava account, information necessary to authenticate your account and upload eligible padel activities may be processed for that purpose.

Connecting to Strava is optional.

Information sent to Strava is also subject to Strava's own privacy policy and account settings. You can disconnect PadelPilot from Strava through the applicable Strava account settings.

Information you enter into PadelPilot, such as player names, scores, match history and tournament results, is used to provide the app's scoring, history and tournament functionality.

PadelPilot does not sell this information or use it for third-party advertising.

PadelPilot does not sell your personal information.

Information is only shared with third-party services where necessary to provide a feature you have chosen to use, such as sending an activity to Strava, or where required by law.

Reasonable measures are taken to protect information processed by PadelPilot. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Information stored by PadelPilot is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the relevant app functionality.

Where the app provides controls for deleting information, users can use those controls to remove applicable data such as saved player profiles. You may also contact PadelPilot regarding privacy or data-deletion enquiries using the contact details below.

PadelPilot is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

PadelPilot may interact with services provided by third parties, including Apple and Strava. Use of those services is subject to the privacy policies and terms of the relevant provider.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to PadelPilot, legal requirements or the services used by the app. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
